We don’t sell products or services exactly – we sell ourselves, which means pride in our work, applying utmost attention to detail, and anticipation of potential problems or issues.

We believe the phone is usually better than email, so expect frequent human contact. 

We take a big picture view of you and your brand. Our clients send us all their press releases so that we are always gemmed up. 

We don’t believe in call centres, having to ‘key 6 to speak to Bill’ or ‘being unavailable in meetings.’ A person will always take your call if we can. If we can’t, someone will ring you back immediately.
